An exciting ministry is in place for the mentally disabled in our community and church family. Staffed by dedicated and gifted people from our congregation, this ministry touches the lives of many special people. This compassionate ministry includes worship and fellowship experiences that enrich and encourage the lives of these special adults and kids with special needs. Careful attention is given to communicating effectively in creative ways about the life of Jesus and his love for Precious Lambs. Each meeting closes with light refreshments and fellowship. In December a classic Christmas dinner with all the trimmings is provided for caregivers and special adults including an outstanding program. The year closes with an outdoor BBQ for the staff that features great food and wonderful fellowship. Precious Lambs meets on Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The ministry begins in September and concludes in June of each year.
